My services are  NOT  supported by any governmental, ecclesiastical, or non-profit agency.

I am on a "fee for service" basis only.

I seek to serve my clients in the most professional, efficient, and confidential manner possible. 

Basically, I work for my clients by the hour as an individual professional and, in doing so, I maximize quality, confidentiality, and personal contact, but minimize cost, overhead, and service time.

PAYMENT METHODS:

 

I accept Cash, Checks or Credit Cards for payment.

I bill the Insurance Company for the "Insurance Portion" of the fee. 

Usually, I request some payment (usually a co-pay) at the time of service, mainly to minimize the cost of billing at a later time.
With INSURANCE REIMBURSEMENT, what this means is that, once the deductible has been met, all you would have to pay is a co-pay, and I would bill the insurance carrier for their portion of the fee. 

You need to be aware that, while I am happy to work with your Insurance company and that all of my notes and information are kept absolutely confidential, using your health insurance benefits incurs potential complications and risks:
*Information about your case may be reviewed by employees of the insurance company and a separate managed care company.
*Insurance companies put confidential information in computers, perhaps secured, perhaps not.
Managed care companies make money by reducing treatment time and basing decisions on formulas for average cases.
*Mental Health insurance benefits can only be used for the treatment of an illness, requiring a diagnosis of a mental disorder. Choosing NOT to use health insurance benefits means you do not have to have a psychiatric diagnosis in your file.

    Since it is only me knowing about your personal details, you can be assured of the utmost in confidentiality. I am required by state law and denominational ethics to not reveal anything about you or your case to anyone else EXCEPT based on your signed statement of "release". All of my notes and files are kept locked and secure.
